- Wellbeing for Warwickshire local 24/7, 365 days a year, by phone, in person and online free mental health support.
WfW offers a range of services to support adult (16+) mental health. This includes a dedicated website and 24/7 365 wellbeing line, online platform that provides one-to-one mental health counselling, messaging, forums, drop-in chats and helpful tools. Within the community it provides wellbeing hubs across the county, 121 support including those that are socially isolated and lonely as well as free mental health courses and workshops.
- Warwickshire Safe Haven is an out-of-hours support service Open from 6pm to 11pm every evening. For anyone aged 16+ in Warwickshire who is struggling.
A dedicated, experienced team of Wellbeing Practitioners can guide towards creating coping strategies which support the self-management of mental health and emotional wellbeing, as well as providing reassuring support for those who feel their lives are reaching a point of crisis. Available face-to-face (drop-in or appointment) or by telephone, email, text message or video link.
- Dear Life offers help and immediate support for suicidal thoughts. The website dedicated to help you find support in a crisis or if you are worried about someone.
- Warwickshire County Council’s Mental Health website offers a catalogue of different type of support.
On their website you can find support and resources for mental health of young people, expecting and new parents, counselling and bereavement services, employment, Recovery and Wellbeing Academy, men’s mental health and much more.
- West Midlands Combined Authority works to improve your mental health and wellbeing at home, work and out in the wider world.
Their Wellbeing Programmes have been established to help support people, promote healthier lifestyles, and highlight the importance of working together to create supportive environments.
- NHS Talking Therapies /Coventry, Warwickshire and Solihull IAPT Services provide short term psychological therapy for people with mild to moderate symptoms of anxiety, stress, panic, worry, low mood / depression.
If you are registered with a GP in Coventry, Warwickshire or Solihull you can refer yourself or you can be referred by your GP or other health professional.
- Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP), many organisations now have EAP that offer mental health and wellbeing support. Find out if your organisation has an EAP that you can access.
- Domestic Violence support is available via Warwickshire County Councils pages. If you experienced domestic abuse/violence, rape or sexual abuse or you want to help someone that did follow the above link to learn about the available support.
- Caring Together Warwickshire is the name of all age carers service delivered by Carers Trust Heart of England and funded by Warwickshire County Council providing information, advice, and support to adult and young carers in Warwickshire.
- Veterans’ Mental Health TIL Service – The TIL service will provide a responsive, innovative and high-quality service user mental health service operating as one team, delivering local care through three geographically well-placed hubs. Each Hub is attached to its nearest M.O.D. (Ministry of Defence) DCMH (Departments of Community Mental Health) for direct in-reach link for those veterans in transition, to ensure they receive the best transition possible into civilian life.

- Stay Alive – a free app for those at risk of suicide and those worried about someone. It is packed full of useful information and tools to help you stay safe in crisis. You can use it if you are having thoughts of suicide or if you are concerned about someone else who may be considering suicide.
- Every Mind Matters plan: Your Mind Plan is the free online tool that’s part of Every Mind Matters, the new platform to support good mental health. It asks you five simple questions about your mood, sleep, stress, anxieties and worries. You’ll then receive an action plan, with simple ideas and tips you can try, all based on recommendations from mental health experts.
